We have created a guest room to flow with the feel of the rest of your home.
We are suggesting an upholstered headboard in a similar style to the one that will be in your master bedroom, again using a patterned Fermoie fabric but this time in a soft blue green. We are proposing a round mirror in similar tone for above the fireplace opposite the bed. The cushions on the bed are the natural coloured version of the ones we are suggesting for your master bedroom and we are teaming these with blush cushion and bedspread, again creating flow. The choice of bedside tables and lamps suggest the contemporary costal feel present in your home. We have chosen an Ian Mankin natural fabric with a subtle circle pattern for the curtains. We believe that these should be floor length. We feel that the current dressing table could be painted and we will discuss options for this. We are suggesting a stool to sit near the dressing table. We are proposing a storage bench for the wall to the right as you enter the room. The placement of a shelf with hooks and some baskets will offer a practical solution for guests clothes etc. Finally, there is a choice of a rug sitting half under the bed and half on the floor at the foot of the bed or a runner either side of the bed.
